Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Generate Your Label
Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to receive a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for paperless drop-off.
Drop Off & Refund
Take your package to the nearest drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
